ETHIC CHANNEL

SAMOA INDUSTRIAL, S.A. (hereinafter, SAMOA INDUSTRIAL), is firmly committed to regulatory compliance and has a strong ethical culture and sound corporate governance focused on the prevention and condemnation of any irregular conduct that does not comply with the applicable regulations.

To this end, it has established the ETHICS CHANNEL as a tool that allows the confidential reporting of complaints or irregularities related to actions or omissions that may constitute violations, in accordance with Directive (EU) 2019/1937 on the protection of whistleblowers and Law 2/2023 of February 20, regulating the protection of individuals who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.

The Ethics Channel is intended for reporting regulatory non-compliance and addressing any violations detected. It is not a mailbox for requests, complaints, suggestions, or other communications unrelated to regulatory compliance.

The management of all reports submitted through this channel will be governed by the principles of confidentiality, personal data protection, information security, prohibition of retaliation against good faith reports, and the presumption of innocence of the reported person, in accordance with the provisions set out in the Privacy Policy and the Ethics Channel Management Protocol.
