6. EXERCISE OF RIGHT
SAMOA INDUSTRIAL informs that they can exercise the following rights:
1. Right to access your data, in order to know which data is being processed and which process operations are carried out.
2. Right to rectify any inaccurate personal data.
3. Right to delete personal data.
4. When consent is the legal ground for data processing, the user can exercise his right to withdraw such consent at any time.
5. The right to receive the personal data given to SAMOA INDUSTRIAL in a structured format, of common use and readable, and to transmit the data to another data processor when treatment is done by automated means and when the legal base for the treatment of the information is the consent given by the interested part, the execution of the contract or, when dealing with health-related information, if processing is necessary to fulfill job requirements or risk prevention.
6. Right to oppose the processing of personal data, exercisable at any time, for reasons related to your personal situation, when the processing is based on the legitimate interest of SAMOA INDUSTRIAL.
The exercise of these rights will be carried out by the person by addressing the representative of the company; either personally, by postal mail or by email in accordance with the contact information indicated in section 2 of this document. The request must be dully signed by the person, include their full name and address (photocopy of National Identity Document (DNI or NIE) must be included) and indicate the right they wish to exercise. 9. DATA RELATING TO MINORS OR LEGALLY INCAPACITATED PEOPLE
Minors or legally incapacitated persons cannot use services available on the web without prior authorization of their parents, guardians or legal representatives who will be solely responsible for all acts carried out by the minors or legally incapacitated persons in their charge including the completion of forms with personal data of the said minors or legally incapacitated persons and the marking, where applicable, of the corresponding checkbox.

SAMOA INDUSTRIAL adopts the security levels required by the RGPD appropriate to the nature of the data processed at all times. Despite the above, and although SAMOA INDUSTRIAL makes every effort to prevent such actions, technical security in a medium such as the Internet is not impregnable and there may be malicious actions by third parties.
